Order Flow

About Shipping

【Bangkok Area】

-We will use motorcycle or pickup truck for shipping.

‐For customer living in Sukhumvit area, in case ordering more than 5 items, shipping fee will be free of charge.

‐About shipping fee, it will be depend on shipping address and order items. Therefore we will inform customer total payment fee after received order form.

(Example)

1) For customer living in Sukhumvit area or near Sukhumvit area (Silom, Sathorn, Bangna, Klongtan, Ladprao) : In case can deliver by motorcycle, shipping will be around 100-150 Baht.

2) For other area is not in above areas : In case can deliver by motorcycle, shipping fee will be around 200-300 Baht.

3) For shipping by pickup truck : In case of everywhere, shipping fee will be around 300-500 Baht.

【Outside of bangkok】

-We will use EMS service (included registeration)of Thailand Post Office.

-About shipping fee, it will be depend on shipping address and order items. Therefore we will inform total payment fee included shipping fee after received order form.

(Example)

1)In case terminal is Changmai, item number is 3, weight is 500g., shipping fee will be around 200 Baht.

2)In case terminal is Pukhet, item number is 5, weight is 1000g., shipping fee will be around 300 Baht.

※We will ship with safety packing.

※We can support gift packing if customer refer.

‐Please pay within one week after order confirmation and kindly bear the bank remitting charges concerned with yourself.

‐Please check item soon after receiving the item. Contact us within one week in case of any problem such as wrong sending or item damaged. We appreciate your understanding that we can not support for contacting over one week.

‐About return shipping cost, we will shoulder return shipping cost in case of our defect. Another case will be customer shoulder.
